New York Shopping

Of course our #1 favorite store is Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters located at 37 W. 8th St. (between 5th & 6th Ave). Mention the Geist wedding & receive a discount!! Just kidding. But come see Rich's store - it's amazing! Stylish and energetic. It's also a good excuse to head downtown. To preview his store, go to www.armynavydeals.com 8th Street is a mecca for shoes.

Head down Broadway and shop at Bloomingdales Soho, H&M, as well as lots of boutiques. Stop at Canal Street and experience the "Name Brand Knockoff" district. Bags, belts, t-shirts, and glasses are everywhere. You can even buy turtles.

If you end up all the way downtown, you will come across Century 21. This store is only for the serious bargain hunter - one that can sift through silt and find gold!!

Once you start heading back uptown to your hotels, stop at Saks Fifth Ave (49th St. & 5th Ave.) and look at the Rockefeller Center boutiques across the street.

Keep heading North and you'll find Cartier's and Tiffany Jewelers as well as Bergdorf's and Barney's

Bloomingdale's flagship store is located at 59th St. and Lexington Ave. That area now has the beautiful furniture store Maurice Villencey and a block long Home Depot showcase store.
